TDLR Architectural Barriers - Inspections

A building or facility owner shall request an inspection from TDLR or a registered accessibility specialist no later than thirty (30) calendar days after the completion of construction, renovation, modification, or alteration of the subject building or facility. All projects that have been registered with TDLR Architectural Barriers must be inspected.

Request for Inspection Form
signed by owner (title holder) or agent designated by the owner using the Owner Agent Form.

Owner Agent Form
only the owner (title holder) may designate an agent

Inspection Response Form
notify ACI of corrections or request extensions
