Building Code Consulting

ACI’s ICC-certified consultants provide third-party plan reviews, code analysis, and inspections for architects, developers, and school districts across Texas. Our services include reviews compliant with the Texas Education Agency (TEA) Chapter 61 requirements, as well as energy and life-safety code evaluations under the International Building Code and International Energy Conservation Code.

We help project teams interpret and apply applicable codes early in design to reduce costly revisions and streamline approval from Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJs).

Expert guidance through complex code requirements to ensure compliant, efficient, and safe building designs.

Our staff of qualified code consultants can provide guidance to design professionals, helping them make sense of the myriad code requirements for all project types.
